Shawnanigans LLC was founded in 2018 by a husband and wife who had a dream to provide quality food and hospitality to their community through custom catering services. It has since grown into a family of brands that continue to focus on Engaging People, Embracing Life, and Eating Well.
Shawnanigans LLC is owned & operated by Shawn and Carrie Bianchini, who met in a restaurant kitchen and have been partners in life and business ever since.
SHAWN, CHEF/OWNER
Shawn has worn many hats over the years in the restaurant industry from fast food to fine dining and the casual dining options in between. He has spent years studying and tuning his craft and he now focuses his energy on his brands with Shawnanigans LLC. Shawn has a passion for making fresh, delicious food while staying focused on providing allergen friendly options so everyone is included in eating well. His number one priority is that every time you order from a Shawnanigans brand you’re experiencing a quality that you can’t find anywhere else!
CARRIE, HOSPITALITY COORDINATOR/OWNER
Carrie is Shawn’s partner in everything, including their businesses. She has a professional background as a licensed mental health therapist who cares most about engaging with people and creating a positive customer experience. Carrie manages everything Shawnanigans that does not come from the kitchen including customer experience, social media and online presences for all Shawnanigans brands, product development, events and front of house employee training.
ROUX, in training
Baby Roux joined the family in August 2023, and you can find him tagging along and learning the ropes with mom & dad at Social, the food truck and the concession stand.
Avery Sleeth, Assistant manager
Avery began working in the ice cream industry in 2020 and since then has developed into an Assistant Manager for Shawnanigans. She will graduate in 2026 from Grace College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management as well as a Masters of Business Administration. Avery does a little bit of everything for Shawnanigans including managing shifts at Social, interviewing and training employees, and assisting with catering. She has a passion for helping others and providing the best experience for everyone around!
Hailey Locke, assistant manager
Hailey started working with ice cream in 2017, and since then has developed a passion for helping people in many different fields. She is currently attending Manchester University and will be graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2025. Outside of helping people medically, she can be seen helping people in and out of Social and the concession stand at Miller Sunset Pavilion as an assistant manager for Shawnanigans by managing shifts, running weekly brunches, and helping customers.
