Shawnanigans has an artisan food truck based in north central Indiana that has been specializing in 1/2 pound bison cheeseburgers, grilled sandwiches, and homemade jams and sauces since 2020.

We strive to provide the perfect food to enhance your event and focus on making delicious, fresh food always cooked to order.

BISON

Shawnanigans Food Truck specializes in 100% Bison Burgers! We are the original bison-focused restaurant in Kosciusko County and we pride ourselves in providing quality, 1/2 pound bison burgers that are seasoned and hand-pressed to order.

According to the USDA, bison meat has significantly less fat, calories and cholesterol and contains higher amounts of protein, iron and vitamin B-12 than beef, pork, chicken and salmon. It has high vitamin B content, is a good source of iron, and is an excellent source of selenium and zinc.

BOOKING

To book our food truck at your event, we require a $100 nonrefundable deposit made at booking to save your date, and a minimum of $200 in sales per hour (average) during the event. You choose if we bring our full menu or limited options (ex. classic bison burger meals only), and if we do not hit the minimum in sales then the individual or organization that booked the truck will be billed the difference.

**For example, a planned four-hour event would pay $100 at booking and then have a $800 minimum in sales to hit on the day of the event. A two-hour event would pay $100 at booking and have a $400 minimum in sales on the day of the event**

The food truck requires an outlet within 200ft to plug in. Electrical requirements are a 20 amp 110 plug-this is a standard plug; we don’t need anything fancy and we draw a nominal amount of power!

An individual or organization can also book us for a catered or private event to be served out of the food truck. Please contact us for catering options and bulk discounts starting at 100 meals.

where is the food truck today?

We currently set up all over Kosciusko County, Indiana at festivals, businesses, downtown events, The Village at Winona, and more. During the fall/winter of 2024, you can find the truck downtown Warsaw on Mondays from 11-2pm next to the Courthouse patio and on Tuesdays from 11-2pm on Grace College Campus in McClain parking lot.
